I can't even imagine how John would feel about the state of the world as it is today.
It's so unfair that he has missed seeing Sean grow up, and to be involved with everyone in his life. All because of the actions of a crazed man.
He was mellowing a bit as he reached forty. Good lord, I just realized I am now five years older than he was when he died. Man. Anyway, even though he was turning into more of a quiet family man at the time of his death, I believe he would have been quite active and vocal these days. Would have been most satisfying seeing him spar with the Bush administation.
